Trixie: Yesterday we had a running toilet at our house. So, D.C. took the top off and headed to his workshop.



Well, I assessed the situaton and. . . . . . .




. . . . got it fixed before he came back with the tools!!!!

Thomas: Yeah, right!!!!!!

Thomas: Well, Crazy Lady is flippin' out!!! She and D.C. are leaving for England in 6 days and she's starting to get so excited. They will be in Kent for 2 1/2 days and then get on a ship for the Shetland Islands, Iceland, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and New York City. I guess I'd be getting excited about that, too. She's so worthless that I couldn't even get her to take a decent picture of me for Mancat Monday. At least she pulled this one out of the files for me. We're gonna miss them while they're gone. The Big Boy will be feeding us and taking care of us. He's a real sweet guy, but he's no Crazy Lady, that's for sure!!!!

And, now for a note about Trixie!!!!!!! Trixie disappeared last night. She had been with Crazy Lady at the computer and then she was gone. Time for bed and nobody could find Trixie. Then there was a tiny little scratching noise next to the computer. Apparently, Trixie had climbed into a cabinet to rest and D.C. had come through and closed the door.

Well, actually, this is not such a bad place to be locked in. Lots of good CD's. . . .

good door to shut out the light. . . . .

nice comfortable surface for sleeping. Yeah, go ahead and close the door. I'm staying here for a while!!!

Thomas Shows Trixie A Thing or Two

Okay, so Crazy Lady and D.C. are trying to get us to stop scratching on the furniture. They put sticky tape up on the corners of all the chairs (what a pain) and they want us to start scratching on these strips of carpet hung on door knobs.



D.C. showed Trixie what to do, but she just didn't listen.



So, she ignored the carpet strip for a while and then. . . .



she got it backwards!!!



Thomas had to step up and show her how to work the thing.



She's starting to figure it out, but she's not sure that she likes it!!!!
